Christmas is finally over at KK.org..

Had a really quiet weekend full of family stuff. Did your mum's have a nice Mother's Day??
I got rid of the Christmas layout - hooray! I made this quick temporary layout.. I'm going to make a better one for next time hopefully, if I work on it over a couple of weeks I should have enough time to get it done.
The prime minister (Gordon Brown) was staying just down the road from where I work last week, his political party was holding a conference there. He was staying on Broad Street, Birmingham's main night life spot. They closed off half the street and had snipers on the roof and everything :-o Scary stuff.. I DID NOT like walking past them. Thought I might have seen him out getting legless in one of the bars but no such luck lol.
Remember I was moaning about that annoying girl at my belly dancing class?? Well now there's another girl who's just as annoying, if not more! She stares at me loads for some reason, can't imagine why I'm so interesting to look at. She's good but she just looks ridiculous, she looks like Princess Fiona from Shrek! That's not an exaggeration either.. actually she probably looks more like Shrek himself. Wow. I don't know how girls that big get to be good dancers, you'd think with all that practice they'd tone up a bit :-s Speaking of which, I am still losing weight.. I'm now 9st 3lbs. I've no idea how as I've been missing gym trips and I'm back to eating a chocolate bar everyday. I went to look round a different gym Friday afternoon, called LA Fitness. It was pretty small and in the city centre so it would probably get quite busy I imagine. I'm not joining at the moment as still getting free gym membership at David Lloyd due to my boyfriend working there :-D
I'm actually having a night at home tonight, wow should be good! I usually just waste time doing random surfing though lol. I got rid of a lot of my old clothes last night, a lot of them are just horrible fashion mistakes, the others are ones that no longer fit. I filled up a big bag though and could probably fill another if I carried on! I guess I'll probably put some of those on ebay tonight.

It's been a while...
Just a small note..
It's been ages ago so what have I been doing.. Been trying to go out as much as I can! Apparently I'm now a binge drinker according to a couple of people lol (I'm so not though). I do like drinking though it helps cheer me up when things get bad. I have lots of leaving do's coming up at work, I hope I don't embarass myself
Still didn't update the layout, whoops. Okay I'll ask again, anyone wanna make me a layout for a small fee?
All you guys need to go out and see Rambo IV, it's so good! Or else Jumper, which isn't as good but had the potential..

Back in the Warmeth
I'm baaaaaaaaaacckkkk!! From NYC!! Actually, I've been back over a week now and just haven't found time to blog lol.
We got upto all sorts, sightseeing, shopping, arguing lol. What's a holiday without a good argument anyway?!
We went to Ellis Island and Liberty Island, and boy was it cold! The Statue of Liberty is a lot smaller close up than I thought it would be, but I guess things are always portrayed as bigger and better on the tv / movie screen. Central Park is really nice, and biiiiiiiiiiiig. The zoo there is really good and apart from that it's just a nice place.
I didn't do as much shopping as I was planning to, but when you go away with a boy they don't really wanna do that kind of stuff do they
I got a couple of tops, a jumper and a few bits of make-up which are cheaper in the US than UK. We tried to get on Times Square for New Year, and failed because we didn't realise you needed a pass and it was all blocked off! We ended up in some small pub just off Times Square for 8 hours, too scared to move incase we couldn't get in anywhere else! How was all your New Years??
The photos from my holiday are up on facebook now for those of you that know me on there. I will put some of them up here eventually too.
The problem with having a Christmas layout up is that come January your site looks out of date!! I don't have a new one to put up yet, I'll have to get that sorted, it's just finding time though! I might actually pay for someone to make one for me, I'm not willing to pay too much though. If anyone is interested let me know, or if you know someone who makes layouts for a fee let me know also please
