Open up a new image with a transparent background.

Using the text button, write the text that you want on your layout onto the image you have just created. Should look something like this:

Now go to Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible

Then go to Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel

Set everything so that it looks the same as the image below:

You can experiment with the type of bevel to create different looks into you are satisfied.
