Multiple Colour Images

First of all, open up your image in paint shop pro. I shall be using this one of Rihanna:

Decide which two colours you would like your image to be. Now, go to Color > Colourize along the top menu. This should come up:

Fiddle around with the Hue & Saturation numbers until the colour changes to one of the colours which you want.

The image should now be all one colour

Now go to Edit >> Copy and the Edit >> Paste >> As new layer. Then go to Colour >> Colourize again and change the setting until it comes to the second colour you want.

The image should now have changed to the second colour

Now click on the lasso tool

and the toggle tool options window

This box should now have opened

Set the selection type to point to point like I have and set the feather number to about 35.

Use the lasso tool to select part of you image. This will be where the first colour will appear. A good place to do it is the background of the image or the bits where the skin is showing

Now click the cut tool (keep pressing cut if you want the bottom colour to get stronger) and you should be left with an image something like this:
